This version of the Habitat Management Guidelines (HMGs) is designed for viewing and printing the sections (modules) from the Internet. For this reason, the modules do not have page numbers. We also provide two sets of contents, one containing PDFs of high resolution best suited to printing (the default), and PDFs at lower resolution for slower web speeds. You will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the files. If you don't have the reader on your own computer, you can get it for free here:

This web material is based on the PARC publication, "Habitat Management Guidelines for Amphibians and Reptiles of the Midwest," ISBN 0-9667402-1-1. You are encouraged to view, download, copy and distribute these guidelines. We do request that you provide the source of your information, and give PARC a plug.

Important Note: The hard copies of the HMGs are all gone! They are are currently being redesigned and reprinted and should be available in August 2008.
